Dear clients please note, as a Spa party guest you are
expected to:
- Arrive on time or early to the time you set with our
representative, thus ensuring all guests will receive and
enjoy their treatments on time. A late charge fee may
apply.
- In accordance with Health Canada regulations, Spa
Parties involving clients under the age of 16 require adult
supervision.
- Give the therapist or technician feedback as to your
comfort level.
- Generally for body treatments you will need to disrobe
to your comfort level. You will always remain draped
throughout your treatment.
- If young children are present, please note for their
safety they need to be attended to at all times.
- Gratuities are optional, if you are pleased with the
treatment(s) it is customary to give 10-15% to your
practitioner.

Cancellation
A minimum 1 weeks notice is required for Spa Party bookings.
There is a $100.00 cancellation fee within 48 hours of Spa
Party.
Important
Our spa technicians will refuse treatments, and full payment
will still apply if clients present any of the following:
- Broken skin or lesions
- Intoxication
- Misconduct, such as suggestive comments or solicitation
- Medical conditions prohibiting treatment, if not
reported earlier to representative.
